On March 26, from 11:00 to 18:00, a national check of the functioning of the automated centralized notification system will take place in the Vitebsk region, without the activation of the electric siren control equipment.

The check is conducted to maintain constant readiness and timely warning of the population about the threat of emergencies or the occurrence of emergencies, as well as to inform about the procedures to follow in the given conditions.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds: when the signal "Attention everyone!" is given by activating electromechanical sirens, specialized technical notification means, and other signaling devices, it is necessary to turn on the radio receiver and listen to the emergency message regarding the current situation and the actions to be taken by the population.
