The Belarusian Peace Fund has transferred ventilators to healthcare institutions in Vitebsk.
– Being here, we especially acutely understand that there are no foreign children and there cannot be. Our President always emphasizes this, – stressed Dmitry Demidov, Chairman of the Regional Council of Deputies. – And our common task – of the state, public associations, and all caring people – is to do everything possible so that children who find themselves in difficult life situations, who have health problems, and who are not surrounded by parental care, can fully enjoy their childhood.
The head of the regional deputy corps thanked the staff of the Children's Home for their selfless work. Special words of gratitude were addressed to the representatives of the Belarusian Peace Fund and the company JSC "PATIO", who, following the goals of peace, friendship, and compassion, provide assistance to those in need.
The supply of high-tech medical devices, which are necessary for improving the work of the palliative department of the healthcare institution, will help the team work even better on preserving the health of the children.
– As part of the project of the Belarusian Peace Fund "Give Five to Good", which has been implemented for seven years together with the company "PATIO", "5 Element", – we supply medical equipment not only to children's homes but also to healthcare institutions, – noted Maxim Misko, Chairman of the Board of the Belarusian Peace Fund. – Our primary focus is on children and elderly people who are most in need of support.
The artificial ventilation devices were presented to the chief physician of the institution, Elena Mizerkina, by Andrey Balabin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "PATIO". To the delight of the little ones, they received toys and sweet treats.
