The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs Maintaining fire safety in housing is always a responsible task. However, those living in dormitories should be even more responsible. It is essential to ensure safety for both oneself and neighbors.

This week, representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, as part of the campaign "Safety Day. Attention to all!", met with residents of the dormitory of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Braslav-Communalnik", located in the city of Braslav. Rescuers reminded the basic rules for handling electrical appliances and heating equipment, introduced evacuation signs, and actions to take upon the signal "Attention to all!". They also discussed the benefits of autonomous fire alarms, their installation locations, and how to check their functionality. Additionally, they provided examples of typical safety violations and their consequences. They explained the algorithm of actions in case of a fire, the order of evacuation measures, and the use of primary and improvised firefighting means. Participants of the campaign also learned about the mobile application of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, watched the film "Attention to all!", revealed the "Safety Secret", and analyzed the causes of fires through their photos.
