Braslav. Action on the signal "Attention everyone!"

Ministry of Emergency Situations informs In the Braslav district, the first stage of the campaign "Safety Day. Attention everyone!" is taking place, during which employees of the Braslav District Department for Emergency Situations conducted events in educational institutions of the district.

At secondary schools No. 1 and No. 2 in the city of Braslav, as well as at the Slobodkov Secondary School, department staff attended parent meetings, where they not only provided parents and teachers with statistics on fires in the district and region but also elaborated on the factors that could provoke fires in households.

With the students of the schools where the training events took place, rescuers first practiced the evacuation of children and staff from the school, and then organized a "safety lesson".

During these lessons, the children learned the action plan for the signal "Attention everyone!", reinforced their knowledge on life safety issues, and also recalled the emergency service numbers of the Republic of Belarus.

By solving the "Safety Secret", the children learned how to protect themselves and their homes from fire, and while attentively listening to the guests in uniform, they once again noted that having a functioning autonomous fire alarm in the house not only saves lives in case of a fire but also reliably protects the sleep and peace of the residents!
