Braslav. Construction Under Supervision

Construction sites are under close attention from the employees of the emergency situations authorities and units. Monitoring such sites is an important activity aimed at preventing emergencies and eliminating violations of fire safety requirements at the initial stage of construction. Thus, in order to control fire safety at these sites, the Deputy Head of the Braslav District Department for Emergency Situations, Yevgeny Petkevich, conducted inspections at the construction sites of the district.

During the inspections, special attention was paid by Yevgeny Eduardovich to equipping the temporary cabins with primary fire extinguishing and alerting means in case of fire, as well as ensuring the functionality of heating devices. In addition to supervisory activities, briefings were held with the builders on the rules for conducting fire works, on organizing daily checks upon completion of work to ensure compliance with fire safety requirements and fire safety regime at the site, including the disconnection of electrical networks and equipment, as well as the necessity of continuous training of employees of construction organizations on fire safety requirements.
