Braslav. Residents of dormitories on actions to take upon the signal "Attention Everyone"
The second stage of the republican campaign "Safety Day. Attention everyone" is approaching its final stretch, and this time the employees of the Braslav District Department for Emergency Situations visited some dormitories in the Braslav District to discuss life safety issues with their residents.
At a meeting with students of the "Vidzov State Professional Technical College", which took place in the foyer of the student dormitory, the head of the Braslav District Department for Emergency Situations, Sergey Krivko, instructed the students on the actions to take during the signal "Attention everyone". He then elaborated on the rules of living in dormitories, emphasizing that compliance with fire safety regulations must be strictly and impeccably followed by the residents. A video titled "Actions during the signal 'Attention everyone!'" was shown to the students, and visual materials from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus were distributed.
Inspector of propaganda Vadim Sorokin engaged with the residents of the dormitory belonging to the communal unitary enterprise "Braslav – Communalnik". A mini photo exhibition was organized for all attendees, featuring photographs that captured the consequences of fires that may occur due to non-compliance with fire safety regulations, as well as the consequences of burning dry vegetation.
At all events, rescuers reminded everyone present about the dangers of walking on thin ice, citing examples that in our country, 18 people have already become victims of unreliable ice, including 2 children. The agency's employees also addressed the upcoming season of spring burning of dry vegetation, reminding citizens that by burning dry grass, they not only violate the law and risk their lives and property but also cause irreparable harm to the environment.
