The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, during a meeting on the issues of comprehensive socio-economic development of the southeastern region of the Mogilev region, expressed his views on the priorities in creating conditions for citizens.
"It has always been ideologically like this: creating conditions for citizens, and then - the economy. This will not be the case. We have already spoiled our people too much, - said Alexander Lukashenko. - There will be an economy - citizens will live normally. Therefore, ahead is the economy and production. And we have a very strong dependency culture."
"People need to understand how we will act further, while the current President is in office. A new President will come, how will he establish himself? Will there be such authority of power as now? Therefore, we need to do what we must do now. We need to accelerate, we need to act. We need to create a country that we will pass on to new generations," emphasized the head of state.
