General Information
The service sector is one of the most important types of activities related to the functioning and development of all branches of the economy, meeting the vital needs of humans.
According to data from the state information resource "Register of Household Services of the Republic of Belarus", as of January 1, 2026, there are 58 operating facilities, including 18 in rural areas.
The main enterprise in the district for ensuring the availability of household services in the countryside and the functioning of comprehensive reception points is the municipal unitary enterprise "Braslav District Household Services Combine".
The structure of the enterprise includes a Household Service Center in Braslav, a comprehensive reception point in Vidzy, and 2 comprehensive reception points in rural areas.
In rural settlements where there are no stationary household service facilities, mobile services are provided within 10 days upon request. The phone number for accepting requests is (02153) 6 63 00
The municipal unitary enterprise "Braslav District Household Services Combine" provides the following types of household services: repair and tailoring of clothing,
hairdressing services, laundry services, funeral services (sale of funeral wreaths and baskets), rental services, dry (chemical) cleaning services.
For the provision of certain types of services (shoe repair, repair of household machines and appliances, repair and maintenance of household radio-electronic equipment, photo services, furniture repair), agreements on mutual cooperation have been concluded with individual entrepreneurs and legal entities registered in the Braslav district.
