As of January 1, 2007, there were six religious confessions which are represented by 36 communities:

2 – Evangelical Christian-Baptists
1 - Pentecostals
1 – Muslim

There are 31 religious establishments in the region:
16 - Roman-Catholic churches
8 – Churches of Old Believers
7 – Orthodox churches, of them one is currently under construction in Vidzy.
