of economic entities
State registration of economic entities is carried out at the location of the legal entity and at the place of residence of the individual entrepreneur.
State registration of economic entities in the Braslaŭ district, except for commercial organizations with the participation of foreign and international organizations, is carried out by the Braslaŭ District Executive Committee on the basis of the application principle on the day of submission of the documents necessary for its conduct.
State registration of commercial organizations with the participation of foreign and international organizations is carried out by the Main Department of Justice of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
