The review of citizens' appeals, including those from individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, is conducted in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 18, 2011, No. 300-Z (as amended and supplemented).

For inquiries of an informational and consulting nature related to the activities of the boarding house, citizens and legal entities can contact the hotline at the phone number: (8-02153) 61-6-63 daily from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The lunch break is from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
The conduct of the "hotline" and the handling of appeals received during its operation, as well as the procedure for maintaining documentation on appeals received during the "direct telephone line," are carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated July 23, 2012, No. 667 (as amended and supplemented).
The reception of citizens with applications for the implementation of administrative procedures (except for administrative procedures conducted by state bodies and other organizations concerning their employees) is conducted:

Information about the boarding house
The boarding house is a state institution for social services within the system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus, intended for permanent, temporary (up to 12 months), including short-term (up to 1 month) residence of citizens.
The state institution "Braslav Social Boarding House 'Ozyorny'" was established and put into operation in 1959. The boarding house is located in the village of Zabornye Humny in the Braslav district.
The State Institution "Braslav Social Boarding House 'Ozyorny'" carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 22, 2000 No. 395-3 "On Social Services" (as amended and supplemented), the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 24, 2008 No. 1408 (as amended and supplemented), and other acts of legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
Main tasks
The main tasks of the boarding house are to ensure the implementation of state minimum social standards in the field of social services, to organize constant care or assistance from third parties, household services, and medical assistance for the residing citizens.
The main areas of activity of the boarding house are:
- ensuring the adaptation of citizens to the new situation;
- satisfaction of the needs of citizens residing in the nursing home for social services included in the list of free and publicly available social services of state social service institutions in accordance with the norms and standards for providing citizens with services from state social service institutions;
- provision of other social services to citizens residing in the nursing home, introduced by the decision of the founder;
- provision of assistance in providing citizens with technical means for social rehabilitation;
- provision of medical assistance, implementation of sanitary and epidemiological measures in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
- organization of leisure activities for citizens, conducting cultural and mass events, sports, and health improvement activities;
- the implementation of a comprehensive set of rehabilitation activities aimed at restoring the personal and social status of citizens;
- ensuring the professional development of the boarding house staff;
- measures to improve the quality of social services, implementation of advanced methods of social services into practice;
- cooperation with organizations of various forms of ownership and individual entrepreneurs on matters of social services for citizens within their competence.
The boarding house is entitled to perform other functions in accordance with the legislation.

The institution is designed for 107 places and consists of 2 residential buildings connected by a corridor.
The buildings house rooms for residents, a medical block, facilities for physical therapy, occupational therapy, physical rehabilitation, specialist offices, a hairdresser, a food service area, and a dining hall.
The territory also contains:
- administrative building, where the offices of the director and the accounting department are located;
- buildings of the bath and laundry complex and disinfection chambers;
- garages;
- passage.
There is a subsidiary agricultural operation.

Some categories of people face insurmountable barriers that complicate their communication with others. However, it is precisely those around them who can take these difficulties into account and help such individuals understand what is being discussed. Clear LANGUAGE will also be beneficial:
- to people who have experienced speech development disorders since childhood;
- to individuals with limited reading and writing skills;
- to individuals after strokes and traumatic brain injuries;
- elderly individuals with memory impairments;
- people with attention disorders;
- foreigners and migrants who do not fully command the language of the country.
All these people can express their thoughts quite well in various ways; however, they find it rather difficult to understand prepared texts, especially written ones.
Important, that for each target group, texts written in plain language will differ.
The NGO "Belarusian Association for Assistance to Children with Disabilities and Young People with Disabilities" has developed informational materials on various topics and their applications in different areas of life.
