Commission for Combating Corruption

About the Commission

The decisive fight against corruption is a priority direction of our state's internal policy.

In order to prevent, detect, and suppress offenses that create conditions for corruption, and corruption offenses, as well as to eliminate their consequences, a commission for combating corruption has been established by the order of the chairman of the Braslaŭ District Executive Committee.

The commission in its activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 15, 2015 No. 305-З "On Combating Corruption", the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated December 26, 2011 No. 1732 "On Approval of the Model Regulation on the Commission for Combating Corruption", other legislative acts, as well as the Regulation on the Commission.

The main tasks of the commission are:

  • accumulation of information on violations of legislation on combating corruption committed by employees of the district executive committee, structural subdivisions of the district executive committee, rural executive committees, as well as subordinate organizations, including non-state forms of ownership;
  • generalization and analysis of incoming information about violations of anti-corruption legislation by employees of the district executive committee, structural subdivisions of the district executive committee, rural executive committees, subordinate organizations;
  • timely identification of corruption risks and measures to neutralize them;
  • development and organization of events to combat corruption in the district executive committee, structural subdivisions of the district executive committee; rural executive committees, subordinate organizations;
  • coordination of the activities of structural subdivisions of the district executive committee, rural executive committees, subordinate organizations in implementing measures to combat corruption;
  • interaction with state bodies that combat corruption, public associations, and other organizations on issues of combating corruption;
  • consideration of issues of preventing and regulating conflicts of interest, compliance with the ethics rules of civil servants.
  • consideration of measures taken to eliminate the consequences of corruption offenses and offenses that create conditions for corruption.
