Do not leave food that is cooking unattended!
Cooking at home is one of the everyday tasks in everyone's life. Even such a daily activity can have tragic consequences if fire safety rules are not followed during food preparation.
The cause of food burning on the stove is often ordinary human negligence. It is enough to leave cooking food unattended for just a moment for the water in the pot to boil away and the food to burn. Most often, a pot is placed on the stove and forgotten: people fall asleep from fatigue or under the influence of alcohol, or they leave the house supposedly for a minute, hoping that nothing will happen during that time. But this is not the case! As a result, there can be poisoning from the gases produced by burnt food or a serious fire, which can lead not only to loss of property but also to the death of people and animals.
Remember! The process of cooking food should only take place under supervision. Do not leave the kitchen and, under no circumstances, go to sleep if you have food cooking on the stove. Also, do not forget to turn off the gas valves on gas-using equipment and in front of it after use, and when placing gas cylinders inside kitchens, additionally close the cylinder valve.
