Schedule for personal reception of citizens: 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Wednesday of the month from 8:00 to 13:00, 3rd Wednesday of the month from 15:00 to 20:00 (in the absence of the chairperson, the reception is conducted by the manager of affairs).
Preliminary consultation and registration for a personal reception with the chairperson of the rural executive committee is conducted by the manager of affairs of the rural executive committee Lyakh Lyudmila Richardovna (ag. About the Territory of the Village Council

There are 76 populated areas in the territory of the village council, as of 01.01.2026, there are 2,141 residents. The agrotown Opsa is located 19 km from Braslav. The village council borders the Vidzovsky, Dalekovsky, and Mezhanovsky village councils of the Braslav district. The territory of the village council includes the lands of the agricultural production cooperative "Mayak Braslavski" and LLC "Berezitsa".
