In accordance with the first part of subparagraph 1.5 of paragraph 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated February 24, 2012 No. 3 "On Certain Issues of Publication and Entry into Force of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus," the official publication of regulatory legal acts of local Councils of Deputies, executive and administrative bodies of the primary territorial level, decisions made by city (cities of district subordination), settlement, and rural referendums, is carried out by their decision by reproducing the texts of regulatory legal acts in full accordance with the signed originals (in the form of a copy of the original) on the official websites of these state bodies in the global computer network Internet or on the relevant pages of the official websites of higher state bodies.
