Recalibration of the furnace

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs All owners of stove units are aware of the concept of overheating. From the name, it is clear that this is a violation, specifically an excess of the heating time of the stove. This is completely unthoughtful and dangerous. Allowing the stove to overheat can lead to the destruction of bricks and joints due to prolonged high temperatures, which do not occur under normal operating conditions. There is also a more unfortunate scenario – if the stove is heavily sooted and has not been cleaned for a long time, the soot may ignite.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations REMINDS:

•        clean the chimney from soot at least once a year

•        place a pre-heating sheet 50x70 cm in front of the stove door.

•        stop heating the stove at least 2 hours before sleep

•        heat the stove several times a day in small amounts

•        pour water over ash, slag, and coal and dispose of it in a designated place
