From the courtroom. A threat of love

A resident of the Braslaŭ district, in attempts to restore his broken family, committed a crime provided for by Article 186 of the Criminal Code.

Thus, the man, while in a state of alcohol intoxication during a conflict with his wife, intending to instill fear for her life, intentionally threatened her with murder, expressing his intention to bring a gun and kill her, and not making her wait long, he eventually brought a gun wrapped in a blanket to the house.

Seeing her angry husband, the woman had no choice but to flee the house, but fortunately, the gun only frightened her, and no other harm was done to anyone.

Previously, systematic scandals occurred in the family, provoked by the jealous husband, who had even been convicted for systematically beating his wife; however, he did not draw the necessary conclusions, and in once again attempting to reconcile with his wife, he found himself in the dock.

The Braslaŭ district court found the man guilty of committing a crime provided for by Article 186, and sentenced him to three months of arrest, as well as applying compulsory safety measures and treatment for chronic alcoholism.
