Allocated the entrusted fertilizer during the sowing campaign

The Prosecutor's Office of Braslav District supported the state prosecution in court in the criminal case against a 40-year-old local resident K., who is accused of the secret theft of property.

As established during the court investigation, K., working as a tractor driver at one of the agricultural enterprises in the district, during the fertilization of grain crops in one of the fields of the said enterprise, stole 3.7 liters of organic-mineral fertilizer, thereby causing material damage to the agricultural enterprise in the amount of 378.33 rubles.

The accused K. fully admitted his guilt and expressed remorse for his actions.

According to the protocols of operational-search activities, investigative actions, witness testimonies, and other written materials of the criminal case examined during the court investigation, K.'s guilt in committing the secret theft of property is proven in full.

The criminal case was considered at an off-site court session in the administrative building of "SPK Mayak Braslavskiy" in the presence of the farm workers.

Taking into account the evidence presented by the state prosecutor, the court of Braslav District issued a guilty verdict and, based on part 1 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, sentenced the accused K. to corrective labor at his place of work with a deduction of 15 percent of his earnings, but not less than one basic amount, monthly to the state revenue for a period of one year and six months.

The court's verdict has not entered into legal force and may be appealed and contested in the appellate procedure.
