On other working days, apart from those specified in the schedule, the reception of citizens and representatives of legal entities is carried out by the prosecutor's staff present at the office.
The district prosecutor and his deputy receive citizens arriving from rural areas and other locations regardless of the time specified in the schedule.
Personal reception of citizens after 18:00 on reception days, as well as on weekends and public holidays, is conducted by the district prosecutor's staff by prior appointment by phone 6-63-92 according to the approved duty schedule.

The regional prosecutor conducts personal receptions of citizens by prior appointment with applications for cassation protests against judicial decisions in criminal cases, supervisory complaints against judicial rulings in civil cases, and complaints against the decisions of deputy prosecutors of the region.
Deputy prosecutors of the region conduct personal receptions of citizens with complaints against the decisions of department heads, senior assistants to prosecutors of the region, prosecutors of cities and districts, and the Vitebsk transport prosecutor.

Personal receptions of citizens at the Vitebsk Region Prosecutor's Office after 18:00 are conducted by prior appointment by phone: 37-21-52 or 37-69-72.
