Results of the examination of appeals in the district prosecutor's office for the first half of 2019.

In the first half of 2019, the district prosecutor's office received 39 applications from individuals and legal entities. Of these, 14 were resolved by the prosecutor's office staff, and 25 were forwarded to other agencies, including 2 under control.

No trends have been observed regarding the influx of a large number of appeals to the district prosecutor's office that do not fall within its jurisdiction or do not meet the requirements for filing complaints in the district during the first half of 2019.

In the first half of 2019, the district prosecutor's office received 6 (7) appeals from business entities, including on issues of protecting the rights of legal entities and filing claims in the economic courts of the region.

The 4 appeals from legal entities that were received and resolved concerned issues of filing claims in the economic courts of the republic, and these appeals were satisfied.

Of all the resolved applications from individuals, 1 (1) appeal from an individual regarding compliance with labor legislation was fully satisfied and recognized as justified, as a result of which a corresponding directive was issued to the head of the enterprise, and the initiation of administrative responsibility for officials who violated labor legislation was initiated.

In the first half of 2019, the prosecutor's office staff received 49 citizens during personal appointments. At their place of residence and work, the prosecutor's office staff received 14 citizens.

During the specified period, the district prosecutor's office conducted one inspection of compliance with legislation on appeals from individuals and legal entities at the UZ "Braslav Central District Hospital". Following this inspection, a representation was submitted to the chief physician of the UZ "Braslav Central District Hospital", and two employees were held administratively accountable.

Thus, based on the above, I believe that legality in the district is generally ensured at an appropriate level. Overall, the activities of local executive and administrative bodies, as well as the heads of enterprises, organizations, and institutions in implementing legislation on appeals from citizens are satisfactory.
