Official forgery
As established during the judicial investigation, the foreman of farm F, seeking to avoid negative material consequences from the management and wishing to create the appearance of a favorable situation at the farm K under her supervision, in terms of reducing the livestock of cattle due to mortality and forced slaughter, as well as other circumstances of livestock loss not established during the preliminary investigation, in a total of 549 heads, personally forged documents from February 2020 to February 2021, prepared and submitted knowingly false information in official documents regarding the movement of cattle - acts of transfer (sale), purchase of livestock and poultry under contracts with citizens, waybills, acts of livestock and poultry disposal, weighing reports of animals, when formalizing the sale of livestock that had previously died, based on which she subsequently entered corresponding inaccurate information, as well as other inaccurate information in reports on the movement of livestock and poultry at the farm.
The accused F. fully admitted her guilt and expressed remorse for her actions.
The criminal case was reviewed at an off-site court session in the Mezhański Rural Executive Committee in the presence of representatives from agricultural organizations in the district and farm workers.
Taking into account the evidence presented by the state prosecutor, on 18.07.2022, the Braslav District Court issued a guilty verdict. Based on part 1 of Article 427 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, the accused F. was sentenced to a penalty of restriction of liberty without being sent to an open-type correctional institution for a period of 2 years.
The court's verdict has not entered into legal force and may be appealed in the appellate procedure.
