Compliance with Temperature Regime

The Prosecutor's Office of Braslaŭ District, due to adverse weather conditions caused by a sharp drop in temperature, analyzed the compliance of educational institutions in the district with sanitary and hygienic requirements for the temperature regime of premises in general secondary and preschool education in January 2017.

During the raid activities conducted by the district prosecutor's office staff together with the staff of the State Institution "Braslaŭ District Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology", it was established that the microclimate parameters in the classrooms of certain schools and kindergartens do not meet the legal requirements.

According to sanitary norms and rules, the air temperature in the cold season in the classrooms of general secondary education institutions should not be lower than +18 ºC, and in preschool education institutions – not lower than +19 ºC.

As a result of laboratory measurements, violations of legal requirements were identified in the State Educational Institution "Ikaznenskaya Kindergarten-Base School of Braslaŭ District" and the State Educational Institution "Slobodkovskaya Kindergarten-Secondary School".

On 09.01.2017, a directive was issued to the head of the Department of Education, Sports and Tourism of the Braslaŭ District Executive Committee.
