From May 10 to June 1, a preventive campaign of the Ministry of Emergency Situations "Do Not Leave Children Alone!" will take place in the republic, dedicated to the International Day of Families and the International Children's Day.

Rescuers have prepared various forms of activities for the campaign. Thematic videos will be broadcast on television, radio broadcasts will feature audio information and quizzes, and thematic pages and special columns will be published in print. Safety centers will conduct safety lessons for young mothers.

The first stage will take place from May 10 to May 20, coinciding with the International Day of Families. And what could be better for family recreation than an amusement park, especially one organized by rescuers? Therefore, a safety park "MES-LAND" will be set up in each region, where parents and children can compete in their knowledge of life safety. Active recreation enthusiasts will also be included – for them, promoters will hold a sports holiday "Mom, Dad, We Are Strong in Safety!". Children and their parents can look forward to an exciting competition program, where they will need to demonstrate not only their agility, resourcefulness, and cleverness but also their knowledge in the field of safety.

Large-scale events will also take place in shopping and entertainment centers, cinemas, and children's stores.

The second stage of the campaign will start on May 23 and will be dedicated to the International Children's Day.

Young mothers will enhance their knowledge at educational institutions and safety centers in the region. Here, young parents will become "Main Experts" in child safety at home, participate in an interactive discussion "I Believe-I Do Not Believe" and take part in the intellectual game "Super Mom. Super Dad".

Parents who already take their child to an educational institution will also be given attention. Parent meetings will be organized for them, where promoters will conduct surveys, quizzes with parents, and winners will receive a family ticket for an excursion to a safety center, a fire emergency rescue unit, or a promotional object of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Large-scale events will also be held in large families, family-type children's homes, and SOS families.

The campaign will conclude on June 1, the International Children's Day, with large-scale events for residents of the regions. Guests of the holiday can expect numerous "activation points". Thus, children and their parents will be able to test their knowledge of safety in quizzes, feel like real rescuers by putting on firefighting gear, extinguish an improvised fire, find dangerous places in the apartment, and much more. At all locations, participants will not only receive a lot of useful information necessary for safe recreation during the summer holidays but also earn useful gifts.

A bright moment of the holiday will be the announcement of the results of the contest "I Would Go to Rescuers". Here, everyone will have the opportunity to demonstrate their design skills and prepare a thematic costume for rescuers or creatively decorate a stroller, a tricycle, or a pedal car in the theme of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. All necessary information can be clarified at the territorial department for emergency situations.

Join the campaign, share safety with your loved ones, friends, and neighbors.
