In connection with the entry into force on 02.01.2023 of amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 18.07.2011 No. 300-Z "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities", the submission of electronic appeals and the receipt of the results of their consideration will be carried out through the state unified (integrated) republican information system for the accounting and processing of appeals from citizens and legal entities atofficial website of appeals.bel

Purpose of ActivityTerritorial Center for Social Services: implementation in the Braslav District of organizational, practical, and methodological work on social services and the provision of social services to citizens (families) who find themselves in difficult life situations, as well as functions of guardianship and custody concerning adults who have been declared incapacitated or partially incapacitated.

The main tasksThe centers are:

  1. Participation in monitoring the socio-demographic situation and developing proposals for enhancing social services for the population in the Braslav District
  2. Differentiated (by categories) accounting of citizens in difficult life situations, determining the necessary forms of social services and types of social assistance.
  3. Ensuring the implementation of state minimum social standards in the area of social services
  4. Addressing the needs of citizens in difficult life situations for social services included in the list of free and publicly available social services provided by state social service institutions, in accordance with the norms and standards for ensuring citizens' access to services from state social service institutions.
  5. The implementation of functions related to guardianship and custody concerning adults who have been declared incapacitated or partially incapacitated, in accordance with the Regulation on Guardianship and Custody Authorities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated October 28, 1999, No. 1676.
  6. Provision of additional social services to citizens in difficult life situations, introduced by the decision of the founder
  7. Participation in the distribution of non-repayable (sponsorship) assistance in kind, foreign non-repayable assistance, as well as assistance (donations) received from individuals, arriving at the Center
  8. Conducting informational and educational activities on current issues of social services, guardianship, and custody concerning adults who have been declared incapacitated or partially incapacitated, in the territory of Braslaŭ District
  9. Identification of an adverse environment for children in the family when providing social services
  10. Participation in events aimed at eliminating the causes and conditions that have led to the creation of an unfavorable environment for children in the family
  11. Participation in preventive measures to combat domestic violence
  12. Invitation for volunteers to provide social services to citizens in challenging life situations
  13. Cooperation with organizations of various forms of ownership and individual entrepreneurs on matters of social services for the population within their competence
  14. Preparation of methodological materials based on the practical activities of the Center
  15. Study, generalization, and implementation of the best domestic and international experience in social services.
  16. Preparation and analysis of departmental and other reports by areas of activity of the Center
  17. Preparation of analytical materials on issues related to social services
  18. Facilitating the professional development of the Center's employees
  19. Implementation of administrative procedures, review of citizens' appeals
  20. Implementation of activities of state and regional social programs and plans
  21. Implementation of State Family Policy
  22. Implementation of the mechanism for engaging legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the provision of social services and the implementation of social projects in the form of a state social order
  23. Implementation of the state social policy for providing social benefits and guarantees to persons with disabilities in the territory of Braslav District
