The duration of study based on general secondary education is 2 years 7 months
and stable distribution to service without mandatory military service

Citizens of the Republic of Belarus who have passed the professional selection in the manner established by law (clause 5 of the Admission Rules for Secondary Specialized Educational Institutions as amended by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 08.02.2008 No. 70) have the right to participate in the competition for obtaining secondary specialized education in the specialty «Prevention and Liquidation of Emergency Situations».

To complete the personal file, the applicant must contact the district department for emergency situations (ROChS) at their place of residence (January-March 2023), undergo professional selection, which includes:

• medical examination by the military medical commission of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Belarus regarding the applicant's suitability for work in the Ministry of Emergency Situations;
• assessment of the moral and business qualities of the applicant;
• conducting a special check.
