Once again regarding safety!

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs In order to prevent fires, other emergency situations, and loss of life due to them, an event was held at the day care department for individuals with disabilities and supported living of the state institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Population of Braslav District" as part of the republican campaign "With Care for the Safety of the Small Homeland."

As part of the campaign, rescuers conducted competitions "Safety Ring" and "Safety Secret." Two teams of participants were invited to identify violations in the house that could lead to a tragedy, learn how to use a fire extinguisher, try their hand at being a rescuer by donning firefighting gear, take a safety test, get acquainted with the mobile application "Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus: Help Nearby," and receive consultation on the operation of autonomous fire alarms, as well as study fire safety signs.

Rescuers also reminded participants about actions to take in case of an emergency, emphasizing the need to ensure that heating systems and electrical equipment are in proper condition.

– I always keep my heating system in order, - says one of the residents, - I constantly read the district newspaper and am aware of emergency situations caused by faulty stoves!

– We always look forward to seeing you, – says the institution's employee. Generally, getting acquainted with something new, whether it be safety rules or something else, is always more interesting in a playful manner. Today, all participants of the event had a great time and received a lot of positive emotions!
