The State Educational Institution "Vidzy Children's Art School" is an institution of additional education for children and youth, which implements an educational program of artistic profile in the field of culture. Education at the school is provided in individual and group forms on a paid basis.

Education is conducted in the artistic profile direction – "MUSICAL":

- instrumental department (accordion, button accordion, cymbals, and piano classes).

 

Information about admission to the art school:

Admission of individuals to the children's art school is carried out at the age of 6-9 years after passing the entrance examinations.

For the entrance selection, each child must:

1. hear and repeat musical sounds;

2. memorize and repeat various rhythmic patterns (clapping, with a pencil);

3. prepare and perform 1-2 verses of any song.

Applications are accepted from May to September.

To enroll a child in the school, parents (legal representatives) must provide the following documents:

1. application;

2. medical certificate of the child's health status;

3. copy of the birth certificate;

4. certificate of the status of a large family (for exemption from payment).

Vidzy Children's Art School provides additional services to the population on a paid basis and has self-financing structural subdivisions:

1. Conducting dance and entertainment programs;

2. Conducting concerts;

3. Musical and theatrical performances;

4. Rental of musical instruments (accordion, button accordion, cymbals)

5. General music development courses for individuals of any age wishing to learn musical instruments;

6. Preparatory group for children aged 5-6 years (after completing their studies, students are enrolled in the 1st grade without entrance exams).

In the art school, among teachers, an instrumental ensemble "Inspiration" has been created, and among students, there is a duet of accordionists "Kammerton" and a duet of cymbalists "Nadzeya".

Our school closely collaborates with Vidzy Secondary School and the Vidzy Town Library. Joint events are held, such as "We Celebrate, We Sing, We Invite Guests", "Traditional Belarusian Songs", "Day of National Unity", and others.

Frequent guests at various thematic dance and entertainment events at our school are the pupils of the State Educational Institution "Vidzy Nursery School of Braslav District" and the State Educational Institution "Vidzy Kindergarten of Braslav District". During the vacation period and the school camp of Vidzy Secondary School.
