Documents with honors for obtaining secondary specialized education were received by the students who demonstrated good results in mastering the educational program and confident skills during their educational and production practices.

– Personnel are needed everywhere, but in the agro-industrial complex they are especially in demand today, – Vladimir Yurgevich addressed the students. – After receiving your education, you will go to your first jobs through distribution and gain professional experience in the agro-industrial sector.
Vladimir Iosifovich noted that various events aimed at retaining personnel are being implemented in the region. In particular, a comprehensive program for the construction of rental housing with an emphasis on the regions is in effect, new approaches to labor organization are being introduced, and young specialists are constantly under the supervision of mentors and enterprise management.
Vladimir Yurgevich visited classrooms, laboratories, workshops, production sites, and the resource center 'Diagnosis, Operation, Repair, and Maintenance of Power-Intensive Tractors'. The President's Assistant was primarily interested in how prepared the college graduates would be to perform the tasks set before them in their first jobs. This directly depends on the quality of practical classes in the training of future agrarians.
The guest was shown that in the forge of personnel for agricultural enterprises, students are taught diligently; it is no coincidence that the educational institution has long been known as one of the best in Vitebsk Region in this profile. There, students not only learn to operate tractors and combines (on special simulators and behind the wheel of real equipment) but also study mechanisms from the inside. Moreover, they see the engine not in a picture but have the opportunity to conduct real diagnostics of malfunctions and eliminate them under the guidance of experienced masters.
In addition to organizing the educational process, Vladimir Yurgevich assessed the living conditions of the students and how their meals and leisure are organized. The Assistant to the President – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region visited the college dormitory, sports hall, and cafeteria.
