From February 11 to 18, 2025, the Braslav Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations will conduct a special preventive event "Home Without Fire". The aim of this event is to reduce the risks of fire occurrence in the housing stock and the loss of life due to fires. As part of this large-scale preventive event, the Ministry of Emergency Situations employees will inspect the households of categorized citizens, and rural meetings will be organized for residents of rural areas, educational activities will be held for children, and "safety posts" will operate in trading areas.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds:

- do not allow smoking in residential premises;
- install smoke detectors in every living room;
- use only functioning electrical appliances;
- do not leave children unattended.
