If a natural person acts as the founder of a commercial organization being registered in the territory of the Republic of Belarus (in Braslaŭ or Braslav district), the registration of the commercial organization is carried out at the Braslav District Executive Committee (hereinafter – the registering authority).

Before submitting documents for state registration to the registering authority, the owner of the property and the founders (participants) of the commercial organization being created must:

agree with the registering authority on the name of the commercial organization;

determine the proposed location of the commercial organization (that is, the legal address);

make a decision to create the commercial organization and prepare its charter (founding agreement – for a commercial organization operating solely on the basis of a founding agreement).

For state registration of the commercial organization, the following documents must be submitted to the registering authority:

an application for state registration, including sheet A or sheet B (information about the owner of the property (founder) – natural or legal person (for each founder));

the charter (founding agreement – for a commercial organization operating solely on the basis of a founding agreement) in two copies without notarization, its electronic copy (in .doc or .rtf format);

a legalized extract from the trade register of the country of incorporation or other equivalent proof of the legal status of the organization in accordance with the legislation of the country of incorporation or a notarized copy of the specified documents (the extract must be dated no later than one year before the date of submission of the application for state registration) with a translation into Belarusian or Russian (the translator's signature must be notarized) – for the owner of the property and founders who are foreign organizations;

the original or a copy of the payment document, confirming the payment of the state duty;

a copy of the identity document, with a translation into Belarusian or Russian (the translator's signature must be notarized) – for the owner of the property and founders who are foreign individuals.
