Land Plots at Auction
Based on subparagraphs 2.1 and 2.2 of paragraph 2 of Article 36, subparagraphs 2.1 and 2.2 of paragraph 2 of Article 37, subparagraphs 1.7 and 1.15 of paragraph 1, and paragraph 2 of Article 42 of the Land Code of the Republic of Belarus, the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee made decision No. 680 on December 5, 2022, "On the Definition of Lists," which approved:
1. The list of settlements and other territories where the collection of fees for land plots in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 10, paragraph 4 of Article 11, paragraph 4 of Article 61, and paragraph 2 of Article 66 of the Land Code of the Republic of Belarus is carried out in the manner provided for by subparagraphs 2.1 and 2.2 of paragraph 2 of Article 36 and subparagraphs 2.1 and 2.2 of paragraph 2 of Article 37 of the Land Code of the Republic of Belarus.
2. The list of settlements in the territory of which land plots for the construction and maintenance of single-family, blocked residential houses are provided based on the results of auctions or without their conduct only to citizens in need of improving their housing conditions.
3. The list of settlements (parts of their territories), other territories within which land plots for the construction and maintenance of real estate objects intended for the production of goods (performance of works, provision of services) are provided to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs only based on the results of auctions.
4. The list of settlements and other territories where land plots for the placement of trading facilities are provided without conducting auctions.
