Farms appear in the Braslav region that offer high quality products. 20 peasant (farm) farms have been registered, which are engaged in the cultivation of environmentally friendly products - vegetables and fruits (KFH "Vitalich-Lug", "Mezhozernoe"), livestock breeding for the sale of meat (KFH "Uklyano"), mixed agriculture (KFH "Yedishki ”), fish farming (KFH “Zapruzhany” breed carp, silver carp, grass carp). KFH combine their activities with agritourism. Individuals are engaged in beekeeping, baking bread, handicrafts (women artisans are engaged in the manufacture of handicrafts (straw weaving, weaving, clay products), male artisans are engaged in woodworking, blacksmithing, etc.). You can buy fresh cheese from farmers - from traditional wedge cheese to gourmet Camembert, vegetables rolled with spices, ketchup, juice, honey, homemade bread, smoked fish, game meat delicacies, fresh vegetables, fruits, mushrooms and berries.

Braslav is a festival city. The area hosts a large number of all kinds of entertainment events: from street processions to spectacular festivals, from theater performances to widespread folk festivals, including the Viva Braslav sports and music festival, international rally sprint competitions, sailing regatta, international cycling marathon, triathlon , the international holiday of traditional culture "Braslav lightning" and the holiday of medieval culture "Sword of Brachislav", solemn events in honor of the Mother of God the Queen of the Lakes and many others. To maintain interest in the cultural and historical heritage of the region, new pedestrian, water, and excursion routes are being created. Weekend tours “Back to the USSR”, “Treasure Island”, “Legends of Braslav”, “Slobodka-Lace of Braslav Region”, “Old Druya”, etc. are in demand among tourists.

Braslav is a favorable platform for self-realization, development of entrepreneurial initiative, creation of small and medium-sized businesses. 100 land plots have been formed in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated June 13, 2017 No. 92 rp “On the coordination of the provision of land plots” for the possibility of opening a business in the tourism sector, including agroecotourism.

The geographical position of the Braslav region (at the junction of the borders with Latvia and Lithuania, 40 km to Daugavpils, 200 km to Riga, 200 km to Vilnius) provides ample opportunities for developing international cooperation and attracting foreign investors.
