Formed land plots for placement of objects of the tourist sphere including agroecotourism

For tourism development in Vitebsk region including agroecotourism, also for development of tourist infrastructure and attracting investorsthe granting of 100 land plots on the territory of Braslav region have been agreed by the Order of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 13June, 2017 №92 “On agreement of land plotsgranting”. These land plots are for placement of objects of the tourist sphere including agroecotourism.

The land plots are located in the mostattractive places – close to lakes, rivers, forest area. The creation of new touristfacilities will promote to develop internal tourism in Braslavdistrict. It will promote to create employment opportunities and to provide to citizens full rest in environmentally friendly places of the region. It will allow us to use available tourist resources and natural capacity of the area more effectively. Also it will allow us to create the tourist facilitiesthat are capable of satisfy needs of the Belarusian and foreign tourists.

The order simplifies the procedure of granting to investors of the land plots located on farmlands (theagreement with the Head of stateis not required).

According to the decree №667 “On land withdrawal and granting land plots” of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 27December, 2007 these land plots can be provided to legal person or individual proprietors on the right of rent for placement of the following objects:

A tourist base is the organization of tourist rest with an ensuring of public food, cultural and recreational events and medical care.

he tourist base is intended for reception on rest and service of the tourist groups and individual tourists making trips along with specially developed routes on foot, by ski, on water, by horse, by bicycle, by automobile and other routes, or with combined tourist routes.

Bungalow is a summer separate or semi-detached housewith a well-developed terrace that is intended for one family rest.

A guesthouse is the building consisting of one or several semi-detached rooms that is intended for resettlement of tourist groups.

A hunting and (or) fishing lodge is place located on the territory of hunting grounds and also on the territories that are adjacent to the water objects leased for fishery. Its total capacity is no more than 20 places. The lodge is equipped with kitchen for cooking by themselves.

Parking for campers is secure parking place of campers intended for service of auto tourists. This parking is organized according to traffic rules, rules of the organization of construction, using of car parking. Also it is equipped with lavatories. Parking for campers can be a part of a roadside service or it can be autonomous object of a roadside service.

Camping is an equipped with summer house, place for installation of tents, campers, trailers, lavatories, car parking. A camping makes it possible to rest on the principles of self-service.

Hotel is a property complex (building complex or the side of a building with equipments). A complex fulfils the requirements that are established by technical legal and regulatory acts. The complexprovides hotel services.

Motel is a hotel for people travelling by car usually with car parking.

Hostel (youth hotel) is a hotel that offers multi-persons room, food services with a limited number of dishes and (or) with the opportunity of self-cooking. A hostel offers additional services such as entertainment and educational activities mostly for young people.

Boarding house, rest house is an establishment foe health promotion and rest. Boarding house offers food services, cultural and recreational events and health care.

Preventorium is an establishment of wellness services. Preventorium offers preventive treatment and rest.

Sanatorium is an establishment of wellness services. It offers the rehabilitation of patients and treatment of guests.

Tourist parking is a place in a green zone which is equipped with places for rest and meal, places where tourists can set up the tents and leave their cars. There is a fire pit on the territory.

Rural estate is a house in countryside. There are some isolated rooms and full equipment for cooking in a house.

Individual proprietor,legal person who is interested in providing of one of these land plots (further – an interested person) may offer to Executive Committee ofBraslavdistrictwith the application for providing the land.

Among the information should be stated in the application there is the following:

1. your purpose of the land plot;
2. proprietary rights;
3. characteristic of the construction site including its functions and approximate size;
4. an approximate location of your land plot and its square;
5. theplanned investment and your source of financing for a construction of the object.

Reasoning of the investment must be added to the application.
